Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place the lavash bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 4 minutes.
When done, remove from oven and top with salsa, chicken, onion, mango, and cheese. Place back in over & bake for 4 more minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
