Chicken-Mango Flatbread with Spicy Eggplant Salsa

  • 1 lavash bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Sasya Spicy Eggplant Salsa
  • 3/4 cup rotisserie chicken
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp onion, sliced
  • 1/2 mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella 
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place the lavash bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 4 minutes. 
  2. When done, remove from oven and top with salsa, chicken, onion, mango, and cheese. Place back in over & bake for 4 more minutes or until cheese starts to melt. 
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve!
