CILANTRO HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • 3-5 tbsp Cilantro Sasya*
  • juice of half of a lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Add your preference- 3 tbsp yields a mild cilantro flavor and 5 tbsp will have a stronger cilantro flavor*

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend!

 

Enjoy as a snack with Sasya chips, or as an addition to meals.
