1 tbsp of your favorite Sasya dip. This recipe uses Sasya Spicy Eggplant Dip.
Leafy green base. This recipe uses arugula and sprouts.
Two eggs, cooked any style. This recipe uses sunny-side up eggs.
Cherry tomatoes

Wash greens and slice cherry tomatoes.
Cook eggs in any style.
Create a bed of greens and lay eggs on top.
Add cherry tomatoes and sprouts.
Top with your favorite Sasya Dip.
