Indian-inspired Cauliflower Crust Pizza

  • Cauliflower pizza crust for base – this can be store bought or homemade. If you go the store-bought route, we love the cauliflower crust from Trader Joe’s!
  • Sasya Spicy Cilantro Salsa
  • Baby romanesco, lightly roasted
  • Fresh peas
  • Shallots
  • Serrano peppers
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • For marinated paneer:
    • About 8 oz. paneer, cubed
    • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
    • 3 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  1. Toss cubed paneer in mixture of spices and vegetable oil. Let marinate for 1 hour prior to cooking. 
  2. Prepare cauliflower crust as directed on package or recipe. 
  3. Layer with Sasya Spicy Cilantro Salsa, lightly roasted baby romanesco, peas, shallots, serrano peppers, and paneer. 
  4. Bake in oven at 450 degrees F for about 10 minutes, or until crust and paneer are browned. 
  5. Top with freshly chopped cilantro.
