Seeds of healthy food and entrepreneurship were sown early in me. I was 15 when I started my first business. My education and work took me from India to the United States – as an architect, urban designer, to finally as an entrepreneur – completing a full circle. Sasya is an extension of what I am, and what I believe in – a simplicity of expression and truthfulness of ingredients in what we eat. Having lived and travelling in various cities in the U.S for the past 7 years, I finally found home in the nation’s capital where there is a noticeable food revolution afoot.
When I am not tweaking our production process, or fretting the details on our labels, you can find me jogging along the Anacostia or on a long ride on Washington & Old Dominion Trail.
