ROASTED POTATOES WITH CREAMY CILANTRO SAUCE

Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cilantro Sasya
Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Wash potatoes well and chop them.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes with just enough oil to cover them.
Add salt and pepper to potatoes as needed.
Bake the potatoes for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are crisp to your liking.
While the potatoes are baking, combine 4 parts of yogurt with 3 parts of cilantro Sasya spread.
Serve the potatoes with dipping sauce on the side.
