Salmon Patty with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat brioche burger bun
  • One can of wild salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Arugula
  • Tomato
  • Feta cheese
  • Sasya Spicy Cilantro Salsa
  • Greek yogurt
  • Hummus
  • Garlic powder 
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. Put salmon in bowl and mash with fork to break it up. 
  2. Add egg, bread crumbs and some garlic powder to bowl and mix. 
  3. Form medium-sized patties with your hands (will make about 4-6 patties). 
  4. Cook patties in a pan until sides are browned. 
  5. Slice tomato, and coat arugula with lemon juice, EVOO, salt & pepper. 
  6. Combine Greek yogurt with Spicy Cilantro Salsa to create sauce. 
  7. Spread hummus and sauce on buns, and assemble burger with the patty, tomato, arugula, and feta cheese.
