Spicy Eggplant Rigatoni

Sasya Spicy Eggplant Salsa
Eatbanza Rigatoni
Frozen peas
Organic spinach
@raoshomemade marinara
Toasted walnuts
Parmesan

Cook half a box of the rigatoni according to package instructions, adding 1/3 cup frozen peas to warm through last few mins of cooking.
Drain pasta & peas.
Add spinach to wilt slightly.
Toss with Sasya Spicy Eggplant Salsa mixed with 1/3 cup marinara.
Top with walnuts, grated parmesan, parsley and red pepper flakes.
