Bake chicken at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Chicken doesn’t need to be seasoned – the sauce will be salty enough!
While chicken is baking, mix ingredients listed for the sauce.
Once the chicken is cooked and diced, toss in the sauce.
Top pizza crust with mozzarella cheese, chicken and sauce mixture, red onion, mung bean sprouts, carrots and peanuts.
Bake until crust is browned and cheese melted.
Add additional fresh toppings, cilantro and green onion.
