STEPS
Soft tortillas of your choice (this recipe uses whole wheat flour tortillas from Trader Joe’s)
Mushrooms
Black beans
Peppers
Romaine lettuce
Nutritional yeast (a vegan food product that can add a nutty, cheesy or savory flavor!)
Avocado
Fresh Cilantro
Sasya Spicy Cilantro Indian Salsa
Slice up the pepper, avocado and romaine.
Warm black beans on stovetop.
Sauté mushrooms.
Assemble tacos with mushrooms, black beans, veggies, cilantro and sprinkle on nutritional yeast.
Top with
