Season the chickpeas with 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Heat a little bit of olive oil in a pan and toss the chickpeas until warmed. Remove the chickpeas and sauté spinach in the same pan. Construct the bowl with the remaining ingredients and top with Sasya Peanut Coconut Dip.
