Sasya Veggie Spring Rolls
  • 20- 9 inch rice paper wrappers
  • 8 oz vermicelli rice noodles
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 hothouse cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Purple cabbage, shredded
  • Mung bean sprouts

1. Boil water and cook rice noodles for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse noodles
under cold water.
2. Dip rice paper in water for 5 seconds.
3. Place romaine leaf on top of the rice paper.
4. Add rice noodles and veggies to the wrap.
5. Fold one side of the rice paper, then fold the top and bottom.
6. Roll the rice paper until the spring roll is sealed.
7. Enjoy with a serving of Sasya Peanut Coconut Dip ‘n Spread
